Returns accepted within 10 days.

Products must be unused.

Products that have been heated or cooled are considered used and cannot be returned.

Used products are nonreturnable for sanitary reasons.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customer should contact Cajun Comfort Packs as soon as possible.

For damaged/defective/incorrect orders, customer may choose replacement or refund.

Custom pieces and custom sizes are final sale.

Personalized products are not currently offered.
